THE DEPARTMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING ESTABLISHES NEW ALUMNI CHAPTER

According to co-Chair Adolfo Lozano, “The primary goal of the ME Alumni Chapter is to develop a social platform among UTD’s Mechanical Engineering alumni for networking, knowledge, sharing and communication.”
The group is currently focused on building attendance at quarterly social networking gatherings.
There are several ways for alumni to get involved with the Jonsson School. You can serve as a mentor or partner for UTDesign® Capstone, our senior design project, or for EPICS, our service-learning design program. You can also partner with Jonsson School Career Services to list jobs and internships to current students. Finally, you can make a gift to help establish fellowships and scholarships for students, improve our facilities and help recruit the best researchers.
